marinated chicken

My mum is huge lover of chicken. So big that my dad and I have to say no more chicken for a while. I like to look for as many different chicken recipes as I can, so that she can enjoy it. This one was so tasty, I think next time I better make double.

For this recipe, you will need 400g of chicken cubes or strips.
marinade:
- 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt          
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- salt
- lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- (as my mum does not like spicy food, i left it out, you could also add 1/2  teaspoon chilli powder).


1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and add the chicken. Leave covered in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

2. Throw your chicken and the marinade into a fry pan and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
