Chicken Teriyaki



- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 kg chicken, in chunks
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 medium onion,sliced

1. In a bowl, whisk the rice wine, soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic together well. Set aside.

2. Preheat oil in the pan and cook the chicken and onion 1/2 way through.

3. Stir the sauce and slowly add it to the chicken.

4. Stir often and cook for 10-15 minutes.
