- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1.5 teaspoons oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Season with salt and pepper
